I know what many of you are
thinking, right now. You're back or neck might be a little sore and you
really don't know what the cause of your pain is from. You been working
at the same place for over 15 years and you believe that the problem
could be work related.
It seems like it's taking longer and
longer for you to heal up and often spend time after work relaxing,
simply because it's too hard to get up and do anything. You're in the
same boat as thousands of people all over the world, their body parts
hurt and it's limiting them from doing things around the house that they
really want to do during their time off.
Well I've got some good news and
some bad news for you. Let's start with the bad news and get this out
of the way first. I'm sorry that you’re in pain, now for the good
news. Quite a few people asked the same question and you don't need to
be a legal adviser to answer it.
How long do I have, to make it work
accident claim, before I can't ever make one again? In most states,
it's around three years, from the time that you actually start feeling
the pain. In other words, once you start to associate the pain that
you're having with the job that you're doing, you could easily have
another three years to receive compensation or make a claim against this
work related injury.
The older we get, we seem to acquire
pains all over our body and it has a lot to do with age and the kind of
work that we have been doing for most of our lives. If you really are
in a lot of pain, it wouldn't be a bad idea to seek legal
representation, just to see what your options are.
